Using the service

This site introduces browser games for streamers and viewers. The service is currently free and includes prototypes. Follow applicable laws and the terms of your streaming platform.

Streaming and recordings

You may show site screens in which the operator holds the necessary rights during normal gameplay in monetized streams, recordings, and clips. This permission does not grant rights to third-party assets, trademarks, or participant information. Tell participants that their names may be broadcast.

Prohibited behavior

Do not access systems without authorization, interfere with another host’s game, create excessive load, impersonate others, harass, infringe rights, or use the service for illegal gambling or fraud. Do not collect or disclose participants’ personal information without authorization.

Copyright and third-party materials

Obtain the necessary rights before using third-party images, music, or characters. Do not claim our original content as your own or resell standalone assets without permission. Third-party components, including open-source software, remain subject to their own licenses.

Results and events

Game results, draws, connectivity, and saved data are not guaranteed. We do not provide wagering, payment, prize distribution, or prize administration features. Do not use the prototype for events with prizes of monetary value.

Availability and liability

Connectivity or external service changes may interrupt use. The operator remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, or liability that consumer protection or other applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Changes and contact

Features may change or be suspended for maintenance or safety. Material changes will be announced by reasonable means. For help or rights complaints, contact us.
